We charge 300.00 to ship our puppies,Delta has raised
their prices due to the cost of fuel.The puppy that you have chosen is to
the best of our knowledge a healthy puppy.
You have forty eight hours to take your puppy
to your veterinarian,failure to do so will void
this contract.Failure to keep your puppy on NuVet vitamins will also void this contract.You should make this appointment before
your puppy arrives.Should your vet find that there is a genetic
defect that will affect the day to day life of your
puppy or cause the puppy not to live a normal life,
you can exchange the puppy for one of the same
sex,color, breed and price.
This is the one year genetic health guarantee.
We will under no circumstances pay any
medical bills, after the puppy has been shipped.We take our puppies to the veterinarian prior to shipping to make sure that they are healthy.
We do not give cash refunds for any reason,
deposits are non refundable.If your going to bring a toy breed into your
home please take the time to research the time and
care that is needed for the toy breed.We will
not be responsible for any puppy that has a sugar drop after they leave our care.
We take prevenative measures to preventthis from occuring,you must
do the same to insure the health of your puppy.

Should your puppy become ill prior to shipping,we will have the puppy treated
and will ship once your puppy is healthy.
We want to keep up with our puppies so please let us know if for any reason
you can't keep your puppy,that you let us know where the puppy will go.
We can also try to place your puppy for you.
Because of the variety and quality of dog foods that are available
(and all canine diseases are not covered by vaccines)we ask that all
our puppies be kept on NuVet vitamins.

We are in good standing with ckc and akc,but can not be
held responsible if there is a problem with registration that we have no
control over.
Should there be a legal dispute,the home state of Country diva puppies
shall have legal juristiction over this matter.
